Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How to initiate a return
Click the profile icon within the navigation bar, or click here.
1. Log in to your account:
1 - In the Email field, enter your email address, then click Continue.
2 - Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit code.
3 - Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit code.
2. Click the order which you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has multiple items select the items you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for us to read.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
After the product has been successfully returned, you will receive a refund.

Overview - Returns, Refunds, and Exchange
Our policy covers you for 30 days from the date you receive your goods.
Please note, to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, which includes the original untampered packaging. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are only able to offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased directly from our website - If you have purchased from one of our retailers you will have to contact them regarding the return.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, simply return it to us and we will offer you a simple no questions asked full refund or exchange.
Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.
If a promotional gift has been included in your order, and a return is made reducing your qualifying total for this gift, the full order must be returned to receive any form of refund. We are unable to exchange items received as free gifts.
If a product or order had any form of discount applied at checkout, you will receive the price paid for that, or those items, and not the full recommended retail value.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are eligible, then your refund will be processed, and a refund, excluding the original delivery costs, will be initiated and applied to your original payment method, within 14 days.
Please note, there is often some processing time associated with a refund. So although we will initiate a refund within 14 days, it could take slightly longer to appear in your account.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please first thoroughly check the account associated with your payment method. If having done this, you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the form below, or via contact@selfishcompany.com.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged on arrival or you simply wish to try something else instead, then please contact us using the form below, or via contact@selfishcompany.com. We would be more than happy to help arrange an exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as the recipient, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return to be used on our website once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the sender of the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and as a result, they will be notified of your return.
Shipping
If you choose to return or exchange an item then, unfortunately, you will need to cover the cost and method of postage as we are a small business.
We recommend sending items using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
