How do you use a reed diffuser?

After placing the reeds into the diffuser for the first time, allow 1-2 hours for them to soak up the oil. Then, flip them over to continue the process at the other end of the reed.

Once this is done, it will take about 24 hours for the fragrance to fully diffuse. You can adjust the strength of the scent by adding or removing reeds as needed at this point.

We recommend placing your diffuser in an area with good air circulation and flipping the reeds every few weeks to maintain the flow of fragrance.

Are your reed diffusers refillable?

Yes, we offer a range of fragrance oil diffuser refills and replacement diffuser reeds. 

Our reed diffusers are designed to provide a long-lasting scent for up to four months when maintained properly by flipping the reeds every few weeks to maintain the fragrance flow.

How long does it take for reed diffusers to work?

When you first place the reeds into the diffuser, allow 1-2 hours for them to soak up the oil.

It will then take about 24 hours for the fragrance to fully diffuse.

What size room are your diffusers suitable for?

Our 200ml reed diffusers continually release a subtle flow of scent which can be controlled by adding or removing reeds as needed. Each diffuser comes with 10 natural fibre reeds.

We suggest using 4-6 reeds for small spaces like cloakrooms and hallways, 6-8 reeds for medium-sized spaces such as living and reception rooms, and 8-10 reeds for larger areas.

Alternatively, you may want to explore our collection of scented soy candles, which release a shorter but more intense scent when needed.
